Is brown sugar better than white?

I was surprised to hear there is no difference between white and brown sugar.
ReplyDeleteCurious to know what your thoughts are on Splenda as a choice for sweetening foods. I noticed you have honey or agave listed in your yummy avocado shake recipe. Natural sweeter is the preferred way to go, but is the carbs any less per 100g?
