Paul Walker....The Good Die Young

The Good Die Young....I know too much of this losing my mother at the age of 57 in 2008. Even though I don't know this individual from a personal level  but I can still feel tremendous pain. There is a 15 year old daughter left behind by Paul.  To his daughter, I feel your pain. Life sometimes doesn't make any sense to us but the reasons behind the things that happen are deeper then we can possibly understand. We are all one and come from the same place hence why I can feel this pain. R.I.P to Paul Walker your father.

Organic Food

Hey Everyone,
If you are concerned about the food that you put into your bodies then these links (in blue) may be for you. These large organizations across North America are distributing food to our local super markets that are harmful to us. With out getting into major details I wanted to provide you with this information and links below.
We must continue to educate ourselves with the consumables the are being distributed so we can make smarter choices and prevent all these diseases and illnesses that are the cause of GMO's

To help you find organically-grown, wholesome food in your area, check out these helpful resources:
  1. Alternative Farming Systems Information CenterCommunity Supported Agriculture (CSA)
  2. Local Harvest-- This Web site will help you find farmers' markets, family farms, and other sources of sustainably grown food in your area where you can buy produce, grass-fed meats, and many other goodies.
  3. USDA Farmer's Markets database
  4. Eat Well Guide: Wholesome Food from Healthy Animals -- The Eat Well Guide is a free online directory of sustainably raised meat, poultry, dairy, and eggs from farms, stores, restaurants, inns, and hotels, and online outlets in the United States and Canada.
  5. Community Involved in Sustaining Agriculture (CISA) -- CISA is dedicated to sustaining agriculture and promoting the products of small farms.
  6. FoodRoutes -- The FoodRoutes "Find Good Food" map can help you connect with local farmers to find the freshest, tastiest food possible. On their interactive map, you can find a listing for local farmers, CSA's, and markets near you.
